"Annual Document" according to Sec. 10 WpPG
Sec. 10 of the German Securities Prospectuses Act ("WpPG"), enacted as of July 1, 2005, obligates all exchange-listed companies at least once annually to make available in one document (the so-called Annual Document) all publications on reportable organizational or capital market matters.The "Annual Document" 2008 is available here.
