Vossloh AG's Supervisory Board re-elects Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Kaiser as its Chairman
Immediately following today's AGM, the constituent meeting of Vossloh AG's Supervisory Board was held. Previously the stockholders' representatives—Dr. Jürgen Blume, Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Kaiser, Dr. Christoph Kirsch and Peter Langenbach—had been elected by the AGM with a large majority (over 99 percent of the votes cast). The employee representatives Wolfgang Klein and Michael Ulrich had already been re-delegated by the employees back in February. At the meeting, Dr.-Ing.
