Notices of publication of financial reports pursuant to Secs. 37v, 37w, 37x et seq. WpHG

The provisions of Secs. 37v, 37w, 37x et seq. German Securities Trading Act (“WpHG”) obligate listed companies to communicate the publication of financial reports in advance, disclosing the dates as from which such annual, quarterly and other interim financial reports are publicly available at what website in addition to the mandatory publication in the Commercial Register.
