Vossloh’s Executive Board has adopted the following declaration regarding corruption and bribery in business transactions, thus underscoring its determination to run the Vossloh Group in line with applicable legislation (Anticorruption and Antibribery Mission Statement).“High-grade products, innovative resources, customer focus as well as qualified employees of integrity—these are the hallmarks of our group and the guarantee of our success amid global competition. The Executive Board is convinced that sustainable business success against global competition is only possible on the basis of law-abiding activities.
The reputation we have earned for ourselves must not be risked through corruption or bribery. Fairness and integrity in competition enjoy the utmost priority for us. We win customers through our capability and quality. Corruption and bribery are not legitimate means to obtain orders but instead threaten our very reputation and sustainable business success.
Law abidance enjoys absolute priority over the closing of a deal or the achievement of our self-set targets. We will rather forego a contract than break the law. We will show zero tolerance toward corruption or bribery in business relations.
The Executive Board has taken extensive preventive action in order to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. No infringement on the part of employees against the strict ban on bribery and corruption will be tolerated but will entail sanctions. Each individual employee is called upon to proactively play their role to ensure compliance with laws and legislation within their area of responsibility.”
