Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Kaiser new Supervisory Board Chairman of Vossloh AG
Effective as from September 24, 2005, Vossloh AG’s Supervisory Board has elected Dr.-Ing. Wilfried Kaiser as its Chairman. Aged 63, he succeeds Dr. Kajo Neukirchen who had resigned from the position. Kaiser has been a member of this board since May 2005 and also from 1999 to 2003 when the Supervisory Board comprised 12 members on account of the number of Vossloh’s German employees at the time. In the nineties, Kaiser had for many years worked on the Executive Board of ABB AG, Mannheim, chiefly in charge of Rail Transportation.Werdohl, September 25, 2005
