Complete acquisition of the ETF Group closed
This year in May, Vossloh Infrastructure Service SA (VIS), a Vossloh AG subsidiary, signed a binding memorandum of understanding with Colas SA, Boulogne Billancourt, France, on the complete acquisition of the ETF Group (Européenne de Travaux Ferroviaires SA), Paris, France. Consummation of the transaction was still subject to antitrust approval. Effective August 1, 2007, the acquisition was completely closed, VIS now holding all of the shares in the ETF Group.VIS had previously already held a 50-percent stake in the ETF Group, which generated sales of some €120 million in 2006.
