Poland’s cartel authority prohibits acquisition of KolTram
Poland’s cartel authority has prohibited Vossloh from acquiring a stake in the Polish company KolTram Sp. z o.o., based in Zawadzkie, in the southwest of the country, and manufacturer and marketer of rail switches and their components. No sales or earnings from such an acquisition had been included in the Vossloh Group’s budget.Werdohl, October 9, 2009
