Rail fastening systems are an indispensable component of any railway infrastructure. They ensure that the rail is held firmly and precisely in place, that loads are safely transferred to the subgrade and, at the same time, that vibrations and structure-borne noise are dampened. Not only do they have to meet the highest standards of safety, comfort and efficiency, they also have to withstand extreme weather conditions and ever-increasing loads.

Our headquarter in Werdohl, Germany is the heart of our manufacturing operations and has become one of the most modern production facilities for rail fastening systems, which has been expanded worldwide. This is where traditional engineering and highly automated processes come together.

In addition to production, the Werdohl site is also home to our technology center, where new solutions are comprehensively tested, subjected to trials and developed further. From realistic stress tests to high-precision measurements, innovations are created here that meet the ever-growing demands of rail transport.
The combination of state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and our own test center allows us to respond quickly to new market requirements, while continuously improving the service life and cost-effectiveness of our systems.
