Vossloh has once again been recognized as an outstanding employer. In Germany, France, and Poland, the company has been certified by the Top Employers Institute.
The certification recognizes companies that put their employees first and systematically develop excellent HR processes and a future-oriented working environment. HR work is evaluated in several areas, including strategy and leadership, working environment, talent acquisition and development, employee retention and wellbeing, as well as corporate culture, values, and diversity.

Vossloh employs more than 5,500 people worldwide, including around 1,000 in Germany, 1,100 in France, and 700 in Poland. In Germany and France, the company received the certificate for the third time in a row, while in Poland it was certified for the first time.
