The Easydrive-i can be installed directly between the rails on standard concrete or wooden bearers, as well as on slab track.
The point machine features an internal clamping mechanism that allows for accidental trailing without damage. A non-trailable version is also available.
Designed for high reliability and safety (SIL4), the Easydrive-i requires minimal maintenance.
Maintenance staff can operate the point machine safely from outside the track, with options for wall mounting or horizontal placement under a service dock.

The Easydrive-i operates by maneuvering the switch, clamping, and detecting the position of the blades. The external hydraulic unit activates a jack that actuates the switch. In the end positions, the point machine clamps the switch blade and engages the position detection system. In the event of trailing, the open switch blade is released, allowing the point machine to shift to the opposite position.
