The Flexidrive-4M is an innovative 4-bar point machine designed to provide a compact and efficient solution for the actuation, locking, and detection of Vignole switches. This integrated system requires no external lock, ensuring simplified installation and optimal performance.

Key Features

The Flexidrive-4M is equipped with a reliable locking system, where the actuation bars are secured by a thick steel lock when they reach their final position. The detection bars are also secured by a double-pin lock, meeting the highest safety standards. In case of an issue, detection is ensured by quadruple electrical switches.

Drawing on Vossloh's experience in designing multi-bar point machines, the Flexidrive-4M utilizes a proven rack-and-pinion movement, modernized for optimal and extended use on the track. Its IP67 sealing protects internal components from the harshest weather conditions, preventing dust, moisture, and flooding from affecting its reliability.
By using low-friction materials, a tailored electric drive, and robust components, the Flexidrive-4M is a high-performance mechanism requiring low energy consumption.
