MFlex 9

The new generation in Heavy Haul

High axle loads? Extreme climate zones? High availability? MFlex 9 delivers.

TECHNICAL. SUSTAINABLE. ECONOMICAL.

Ever-increasing speeds and highly frequented routes as well as rising axle loads and extreme climatic conditions are placing greater demands on the track, with which conventional fastening systems will no longer be able to cope in the future. The consequences of this are material fatigue and shorter lifecycles. For us, these challenges were the starting point for a new development.

Our solution is the M-Generation. As the central element of the system MFlex 9, the M9 ensures that loads are distributed more evenly because of its optimized geometry. This protects not only the clamp itself, but also the entire system and the tracks.

The result: greater durability and safety, as well as reduced maintenance requirements, combined with ecological and economic benefits. A solution that secures the mobility of the future.

Reliable under loads – ready for use anywhere

The combination of high fatigue strength, elasticity, and robust construction makes the system the ideal solution for demanding applications.

Maximum track stability: significantly increased torsional resistance through innovative M-geometry with outwarded springarms

Longer service life: natural frequency > 1200 Hz – robust against high-frequency impulses

Sustainable track construction: M9 uses innovative, micro alloyed steel and compact design to reduce CO₂ emissions

Welcome to the new era of track construction!

Impressive wherever Heavy Haul requires

Whether at frosty high altitudes or in scorching desert heat, the MFlex 9 delivers consistent performance, even under extreme conditions.

For permanently high track availability with minimal maintenance.

Quick installation, powerful effect

Easy delivery, easy installation: delivered pre-assembled directly to the construction site

Saving time & money: due to modular components, all parts, including dowels, are easily replaceable

A master in its field: ideal for ballast superstructures, whether with Engineered Polymer Sleepers (EPS) or concrete sleepers

Strongly built – for Heavy Haul

Highest load capacity: M9 is particularly robust, even in tight curves

Secure tensioning: middle bend as an additional tilting protection and a secure screw-dowel connection for a permanently secure fixation, even under high loads

Optimized life cycle costs: design and robustness ensure low wear and tear and transport costs

Ideal load distribution: for long-lasting and stable track construction

Less abrasion, longer service life: possible integration of abrasion plate protects rail seat and rail pad and prevents penetration of sand

From complexity to efficiency: fully compatible with existing W-systems to reduce complexity on the track

cellentic & Vossloh protect: Higher performance. Less effort.

cellentic - Maximum rail deflection. Optimal load distribution. Tilting protection.

Reliable damping of structure-borne noise and forces – resistant to all environmental conditions.

Vossloh protect – Environmentally friendly. Maximum protection. Longer service life.

Effective corrosion protection against moisture, salt, and environmental influences for long-lasting components and reduced life cycle costs.

Angled Guide Plate High Torsional Resistance (HTR) – Greater safety. Increased availability. Resource efficiency.

Increased protection against track buckling and wear – even on tight curves and challenging superstructure.

Screw-Dowel Combination

The screw-dowel combination ensures permanently secure fixation, even under heavy loads and extreme conditions.

Impressive technical data

The technical data demonstrate the performance of the fastening system with examples, although this always depends on external factors and influences. The reference values base on the requirement standard DIN EN 13481-2; other applications are proven and can be provided based on request.
